1. What is  check in time?

Hotel check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact the reception to arrange the possibility and conditions of early check-in

Hotel check-out is till 12:00 p.m. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact the reception to arrange the possibility and conditions of early check-in

3. Is it possible to check in late at night?

Reception is open 24 hours a day. Our guests can check in at any time.

4. What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast is served from 7:00-10:30. Takeaway breakfast on request.

5. What is additional payment for breakfast?

Breakfast is 70 PLN per person

6. What hours is the restaurant open?

Our Restaurant is open daily from 12:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m (Monday-Saturday).  On Sundays the restaurant is open  from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

7. Is there parking on site? How much is?

There is a parking space with price 35 PLN per day/per car.

8. Is there garage on site? How much is?

There is a garage space with price 50 PLN per day/per car.

9. Are pets allowed in the hotel? What is the cost?

Pets are allowed. The additional fee for an animal is PLN 70/day.

10. What are the rules for using Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

11. Are disabled facilities available?

The hotel has facilities for people with disabilities.

12. Do you have cots for children?

We have cots for children in the hotel. Please contact us in advance to prepare a cot in the room.

13. Is it possible to make the sofa in the room?

Please contakt us in advance to make sofa in the room.

14. Is it possible to charge an electric car?

There is  1 place dedicated to charging an electric car using the NOXO application.

15. Is there an ironing room in the hotel

There is no ironing room in the hotel, but iron and ironing board is available on request.

Are rooms cleaned daily during long-stay stays?

Rooms are cleaned upon request during long-stay stays. If you wish to use the cleaning service, please inform the hotel reception.

Can we leave our luggage for a few hours after our stay?

Yes, you can. Please bring your luggage to the hotel reception.
