For that reason we offer the service of the Meeting Concierge,
involving the assistance of our staff member whose job is to be fully in charge of the meeting assigned to him/her. You will be able to stay in touch with the Concierge right from the moment the offer is being prepared and thereafter during your stay in our hotel until final payment. The Concierge will watch over the course of the meeting in the conference room and coordinate all the related aspects like the technical preparations and catering details.
