The Highland Cattle produce beef which is highly valued in cooking, marbled, and cherry in colour. It is lean meat because the long hair protect the cattle from wind and a typical short coat close to the skin to retain heat. Grazing our cattle in the fresh air on natural pasture for most of the time, we get high quality and healthy meat. According to research, the cholesterol contents are much lower than in other cattle breeds.

This breed’s beef is thought to be gourmet food in the British Isles, which seems to be confirmed by the British royal family who rear their Highland fold near their summer Balmoral estate in Scotland, and the British Queen has steaks made exclusively from that cattle.
